Mindful Coaching

Mindful coaching works on the 4 main levels of the person to bring total harmony. It is about reconnecting to our inner truth, so that we can live with a greater level of authenticity, awareness, joy, aliveness, peace and love.

I don’t only focus on the mind or intellect. We travel together to the root cause of the problems and help you to understand more deeply who you are, what you truly want, who you’re being and how you want to move forward in a way that aligns with your authentic self and inner voice.

As a mindful coach, I provide a space for you to be more aware of what is happening in the present moment in an open, non-judgmental, safe and accepting way. This then allows the space for new thoughts, intuitions, perspectives and insights to arise and help you to move forward.

In my coaching practice I help you to optimize your ability to manifest your deepest intentions, and to live a satisfying and fulfilling life.

My goal is help you to discover what is important and how to live in harmony with your deepest values. I assist in exploring what interferes with your life and help you envision the unconscious blocks, patterns, habits, and beliefs that distract you from your goal.
